I received a *-day non-compliance eviction notice. I live in ohio. The issues were fixed other than they wanted me to rip down half of my shed I refused. It has been * weeks and I have not heard anything more. Is there a time limit in which they can pursue this issue in the courts?

Yes I did. I informed them that the shed was necessary to put my lawn tractor in. There are people here in the park with much larger sheds than I have even somebody with a one stall garage. I told them I would not rip it down and that I felt it was a discriminatory notice. The other issues on the notice were all taken care of

They heard the whole conversation. However I would not put it past this management company to lie or to not be available in court. I can take pictures and take into court of the much larger sheds. So they can at any time file an eviction notice a 30 day against me there is no statute of limitations on that *-day notice
