New owner bought a building. He send 120 days rent increase and I am ok with that. But lately some tenants ans secretary in the building office is telling us, that they(new owner) is gonna check everybody credit history before signing new lease. I leave in this building more than 15 years and in the last years, during pandemic, my credit history went down. Can he not sign new lease with me bc of my not perfect credit history lately? It went down.
