I live in Arizona and have a month to month lease. I just had the reality management do a walk thru and three days later got a letter stating that the landlord is ending our tenancy without any explanation. We do have an issue with the floor boards begining to rot and fall apart
In Arizona, a landlord can end a month-to-month tenancy by providing a *-day notice. However:
- The landlord cannot end tenancy for retaliatory reasons (like reporting a health or safety issue).
- If you believe this is the case, you may want to consult with a local attorney or tenant's rights organization.

In Arizona, landlords aren't legally required to provide a reason when ending a month-to-month tenancy with a *-day notice. However, they can't terminate for discriminatory or retaliatory reasons. If you suspect this, contact a local legal authority.
I just tried to call and had no answer, will try to call again a little later
