I have been staying in a motel with my aunt since Feb * and every * weeks we paid on time no issues fast forward to July * my aunt lost her job and it put stress on my check to be able to continue to pay. We have told the manager if they would be willing to work with us which he told me that the owner would not allow us to stay if past due amount was * or more every week. Problem is I get paid every * weeks and have no way to pay that let alone * each week. So now the manager today told me that we have till Monday August * * they would disable our motel keys. My question is since we have lived here since Feb * don't we have tenants rights this is in Buena Park CA
