My appartment has had multible flooding issues. My carpet has black mold and flooring has mold under it also. I have asked my landloard to replace it. I called a flooring co theay came over and said that hasmat co had to come remove it. I have a rare lung deasese and its hurting me health but he wont do anything to fix the problem ive lived here for over 30 years and cant afford to move

Ive asked him to remove and replace the flooring n carpet and he said he had to replace the carpet in #* appartment because of flooding . He said he cant afforde to do mine then a tornato dropped three large trees on the roof this summer now hes useing that excuse not to do it i dont know where to turn for help on this issue

Yes we have pictures of the black mold. Also i use oxygen machine that the filter was full of black mould and i was breathing all that in for a long time . My oxygen providers came n took that machine n gave me a new one but since the problem wasent fixed im sure its already full of mold.
