It's not running and I'm trying to get it running now so I can move it but it's the only place I have to live. Can she legally put a lien on that

With the court paperwork say that she has to put a lien on all the vehicles?
In California, court paperwork generally won't instruct a landlord to lien on all vehicles. The court would simply grant a judgment, specifying the debt amount. The landlord would then decide on the method of debt recovery, which could include a lien. Always consult a lawyer for personalized legal advice.
