A nurse is disclosing my medical results and adding false information causing an investigation. I had emergency surgery and they took a UA while I was sleep under anesthesia without my consent. They doctor confirmed the false positive came from the surgery medication but this nurse is still telling several people without my consent and she's doing it as retaliation because I made a report on her while I was in the hospital. She's violating my HIPPA rights and 4th amendment+ for taking a UA without my consent or knowledge.
What state are you in, ****? This will help me provide the most accurate information regarding your rights and potential legal recourse.
Kansas and I also have a medical malpractice issue for Kansas
What specific damages have you suffered as a result of this nurse's actions?
My baby being snatched from me when she was only 3weeks old. Defamation, making me look like a monster. Investigated for neglect and possible charges. Persuading people to believe her lies when she has no proof. Heartache and pain for me and my newborn being separated, priceless. And disclosing what I had surgery for which is depressing when it didn't have to happen. Emotional distress. Having to go to court and only see my baby one hr a week. Disrupting my life for no reason
Who else have you reported this issue to besides the hospital? In Kansas, HIPAA violations can be reported to the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.
The hospital is in Ponca City, Oklahoma where it happened and I've been trying to get ahold of someone up there but I want more than to just make a report. I've told CPS but they don't care
Have you considered filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services for the HIPAA violation?

No but I will asap. The Oklahoma hospital won't release my records to my doctor in kansas so my doctor can see what other options they had instead of the surgery because it was unnecessary. Thanks for the number. Also a hospital in Kansas did a C-section without my consent when I was only 6months pregnant and kicked me out the hospital before I was healed and falsified statements
Have you contacted a lawyer regarding the unauthorized C-section and the falsified statements?

I did but they were supposed to have someone call me. They said the statue of limitations is * yrs but in Kansas it's extended to * yrs because you may not have any damages for awhile after. But I'm looking for a lawyer for both
What is the name of the hospital in Kansas where the unauthorized C-section took place?
Wesley Medical Center. They said my sister gave consent but she had no right to and she didn't sign anything and was gone when I came to. There was no need for a C-section my baby wasn't distressed and they gave me another option that I chose.
What is the current status of your baby and have you filed a complaint against Wesley Medical Center?

I'm doing everything they want so I can get her back she is in foster care and they were supposed to give her back after 72hrs but I had to go to court and now I have court orders until I get something from the hospital even though I have my record. No I haven't filed a complaint against Wesley
What is the nature of the court orders you received?
Well I still don't have them in writing but I was told treatment, therapy, parenting class (which I already completed last year), nutrition class, and budgeting class and my name on a lease. I have budgeting class next Friday and I have a place just waiting on section * to inspect I already gave the deposit.
Have you contacted a family law attorney to help you navigate the court orders and the process of regaining custody of your child?
No. My court appointed attorney don't do anything and she's the reason I lost my son in February, everyone is the same and it's a conflict of interest because they lied and aren't licensed and kept me from my son. My case is in appeals now. But I have no help and Everything they are doing is wrong

All lies I never tested positive at the doctor or in treatment. And she has no paperwork to say my baby was positive for anything
