well just the lack of rem sleep alone caused me mental issues. i was waking up at all hours with maybe *, * or * minutes of sleep. i was lashing out at people, i was not myself, i was crying and breaking down. i visited the doctor multiple times and other than Pecocet which helped not at all, he would not do anything.

the bicycle wipe out i had was on province of Manitoba highways. i consider it negligence of the roadways. a wire got caught in the front wheel spokes and slammed me hard into the street at about 25km/h. this is what damaged my body requiring surgery. the whole area is litter ridden and there has been a down light standard pole in the ditch right where i wiped out for years now. in fact, i think the wire came from that pole or the uncapped opening that the pole mounts on, as the following year on the same spot more wires were strewn across the path but these were at least visible. i tried finding a lawyer to help me sue for negligence but not one firm ever let me get past an assistant. can you help me?

i was biking alongside the highway using the paved shoulder. I have done this all my life and am * now. it was about *-* pm. something made a noise and a feeling in the handle bars. i looked down and the wheel locked up hard. i went over the bars. i biked home which was 3km away and took about ten minutes or so. the next day i went to a walk in clinic doctor's office knowing well that i did some server damage. where i wiped out there is an uncapped light standard base and the pole itself is laying in the ditch near it. i have photographs of basically everything and video too. my mind was messed up and i didn't think to film the wire in the spokes before i took it out but i have the wire.

i don't know what else to add. the whole area is in neglect because they are not sweeping side walks or shoulders. no one is picking up litter. i filmed the whole area in detail. i had to have one and probably will need another surgery because of this. this has derailed my life. i can't run my small business that i started in *. i can't do any real manual labor. even with my right arm that was less impacted but still inured, i can't even pull start a lawn mower. even the surgery i had on the left shoulder doesn't seem to have helped. i cannot sleep more than three or fours hours in one go and i am in constant pain.
