I'm pretty sure I am being scammed by someone claiming to be a debt collector
What actions has the alleged debt collector taken that makes you suspect a scam?
They have claimed they have sent letters about a debt because it has become a legal issue & that if I don't pay it then they will continue the lawsuit & will have my wages garnished.
